The shipping time varies by product and can be seen when you click on the desired size or variant. Unless specifically stated, you can expect a shipping time of 1-7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day fall under our standard shipping time. Please note: this refers to processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day. We ship goods from Monday to Friday. All products with the (24H) icon are shipped within 24 hours if you order before 5:00 PM.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at KeepItSneaker, you can easily return the products within 14 days of receipt. Feel free to try on your sneakers, but make sure they remain in the same condition as when you received them.
