24 hour collection

At KeepItSneaker we have an exclusive 24 hour collection. Per size it is indicated whether a sneaker is part of this collection. Sneakers from the 24 hours collection are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order, so you can quickly enjoy your new purchase.

Dispatch

We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day are subject to our standard shipping time of 1 to 7 business days. Please note that this is a processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS or DPD. For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import fees and additional taxes.

Responsibility

We would like to emphasize that KeepItSneaker is not liable for any damage, loss or delays that may occur when choosing shipping options such as leaving with neighbors or in a safe place.

Easily track your order with the track and trace link you receive by email. This way you are always aware of the status of your sneakers.

Packaging

To ensure that your sneakers arrive in top condition, they are shipped in a double box. Accessories are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
