24 hour collection

At KeepItSneaker, we have an exclusive 24-hour collection. For each size, it is indicated whether a sneaker is part of this collection. Sneakers from the 24-hour collection will be shipped within 24 hours after placing the order, so you can quickly enjoy your new purchase.

Dispatch

We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day fall under our standard shipping time of 1 to 7 business days. Please note that this refers to the processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS, or DPD. For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import costs and additional taxes.

Responsibility

We want to emphasize that KeepItSneaker is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur when choosing shipping options such as leaving with neighbors or in a safe place.

Easily track your order with the track and trace link you receive by email. This way, you are always informed about the status of your sneakers.

Published shipping times are indicative, and although we do our best to adhere to them, no rights can be derived from them.

Important: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please report this within a maximum of 5 working days. After this period, we are not responsible for the loss of the package, as our shipped packages are no longer insured after that time.
