Shipping & Delivery Time
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery time varies per product and is shown when selecting size or variant. In general, you can expect 1-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you ship selected products within 24 hours?
Yes, selected products will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering. This applies to orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day.
24 hour collection
At KeepItSneaker, we have an exclusive 24-hour collection. For each size, it is indicated whether a sneaker is part of this collection. Sneakers from the 24-hour collection will be shipped within 24 hours after placing the order, so you can quickly enjoy your new purchase.
Dispatch
We ship goods from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day are subject to our standard shipping time of 1 to 7 business days. Please note that this is a processing time and does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the same day.

Please note that orders from December 13 may no longer be delivered in time for Christmas. We do our utmost to send your order as quickly as possible, but due to the crowds at our external warehouses and carriers, delays may occur.
Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped with PostNL, UPS or DPD. For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import fees and additional taxes.
Responsibility
We want to emphasize that KeepItSneaker is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur when choosing shipping options such as leaving with neighbors or in a safe place.
Traceability
Easily track your order with the track and trace link you receive by email. This way you are always aware of the status of your sneakers.
Packaging
To ensure that your sneakers arrive in top condition, they are shipped in a double box. Accessories are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Important Notes
Published shipping times are indicative, and although we do our best to meet them, no rights can be derived from them.
Important: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please report this within a maximum of 5 working days. After this period we are not responsible for the loss of the package as our shipped packages are no longer insured after that time.
