We understand that you may sometimes change your mind about your purchase. That's why we offer you the option to return or exchange your sneakers within 14 days of receipt. The return process is simple and clear, so you can exchange or return without worries.
How does returning or exchanging work?
Attention! The prices of our sneakers may vary, both up and down, compared to the price at which you placed your original order. This is due to the constant price fluctuations in the market. Please keep this in mind if you wish to exchange or return an item.
You can return or exchange your sneakers within 14 days of receipt. To register your return or exchange, use the link below (please note that returns must be registered through our portal, otherwise they will not be accepted!):

As soon as we receive your return shipment in our warehouse, it will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that KeepItSneaker is not responsible for loss during shipping, so always keep your shipping receipt safe. We do not reimburse the costs for returning or exchanging; return costs are always at your own expense.

Return costs
'For returns within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and other international destinations, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The exact costs are calculated in our return portal and only need to be paid when the customer agrees to the terms and costs within the return portal. The return costs amount to' €15,00.
Returns Policy
"To ensure that your return is accepted, the sneakers must meet the following requirements:"
The sneakers must not be worn. This means no creases, no dirt, and no signs of use.
The original shoebox must be in the same condition as when received, without damage.
All included items such as labels, factory labels, extra laces, and tags must be intact and attached to the product.
Always pack the shoes in an extra box to prevent damage to the original box. Without proper packaging, the return may be refused.
Make sure to always keep a shipping receipt. KeepItSneaker is not responsible for returns that are lost during the shipping process.
Cancellation Policy
Do you want to cancel your order? Then follow the rules below:
Within 24 hours after ordering: No additional costs will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours.
After 24 hours: If you cancel after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of €15.00 will be charged. This is because we operate internationally and incur costs within 24 hours to process and ship your package.

Refused package upon delivery
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to the sender, the return costs will be charged.
